Locally grown by the millers themselves, they carefully control the whole production - growing, harvesting, milling, packaging and retail. Different to traditional red sorghum, white sorghum flour is sweet tasting and has a milder, less overpowering flavour. It's low in GI and is ideal for gluten free baking, giving a pleasantly earthy and nutty taste to baked goods.
