| Notes: | Guilt Free Noodles are gluten free, pre-cooked shirataki noodles. Made from the konjac plant, an Asian vegetable, each of the noodle varieties are a good source of fibre. As well as being an excellent low calorie alternative to traditional pasta and rice, Guilt Free Noodles are very low in carbohydrates, containing just 6 calories/100g serve. There are no other added ingredients (oils, sugar, dairy, nuts, etc.), making them the ideal accompaniment to your favourite pasta sauces and stir fry recipes. A real bonus is that the noodles store at room temperature for 12 months. Pre-cooked and wet packed in 75ml purified water, preparation is easy. Simply drain, rinse and heat!
