Ingredients: Rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, dextrose, fiber, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum,hydroxypropyl  metyl  cellulose ; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; aroma, acidity regulator: tartaric acid.

This product may be consumed as part of a gluten free diet.

Cooking instructions: Bread:
The following should be added to a ready mix:

  • 500 g UNI MIX-mix for bread  and pizza. Gluten free product
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (10 g)
  • 15 g of baker’s yeast
  •  400 ml of warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

 

Preparation: Mix flour, salt and yeast well. Add water gradually, finally add oil and mix until it has uniform consistency. Put the dough in a baking form, smooth with a wet spoon and pierce the surface with a toothpick (to achieve a uniform surface of the bread). Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest in room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake in 200 C for 45 minutes in the fan oven or in 200 C for 60 minutes in the oven without fan. Sug-gested mould size 27 cm x 12 cm

Cooking instructions: Pizza:
The following should be added to a ready mix:

  • 500 g UNI MIX-mix for bread  and pizza. Gluten free product
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (10 g)
  • 10 g of baker’s yeast
  • 350 ml of warm water
  • 5 tablespoons of oil


Preparation: Mix flour, salt and yeast well. Add water gradually, finally add oil and mix until it has uniform
consistency. Roll out the dough and let it rest in room temperature for 30 minutes. Cover the surface with cho-sen ingredients, bake in 200C for 25 minutes.
