Gluten-free mushroom soup with choux puffs

Ingredients: Soup (80%) thickener: E 1422; skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, salt, dried mushrooms (5.35%), concentrate mushrooms (0.35%), the aroma of mushrooms, dried vegetables (onion, parsley, carrots), spices (black pepper, nutmeg) poultry fat; Puff pea (20%): eggs, water, margarine (vegetable oil / palm, rapeseed, coconut oil, partially hydrogenated palm / in varying proportions, water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid; dye : annatto), maize starch, gluten-free wheat starch, sugar, thickener: guar gum; fiber, emulsifiers: lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: E 575.
